MHAutism is a research project funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The research team are working hard to understand why adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) experience mental health problems, self-injury, and thoughts about ending life, so we can develop and lobby for better support. We are looking for volunteers to help us do this and you can help us in two ways.

We are currently developing an online survey that will explore why people with ASC may experience self-injury, and thoughts of ending life. We will be looking for volunteers with a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), volunteers who suspect they may have ASC, and volunteers without an ASC diagnosis to complete this online survey.

We are also interested in hearing from people with an ASC diagnosis, those who suspect they may have ASC, family and loved ones who support a person with ASC to become Mental Health Research Champions. Want to find out more?
